APPOINTMENT RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To get full benefit of the nutrition consultation, please ensure you have a working connection for your Skype session and are sitting in a comfortable and quiet environment.

In order to confirm your booking and receive our pre-assessment evaluation form, please settle the payment of 225 AED. It is important to complete the questionnaire and send it to your dietitian prior to your scheduled appointment for a more comprehensive session.

Should you sign up to the Right Bite Meal Plans, the 225 AED will be deducted as part of your package.

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the dietitians' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
