What’s the first thing you think of when you wake up - I’m so late, I’m so tired or I’m so hungry?

Whether or not you’re a breakfast fan, there are a few undeniable benefits to starting your day the right way. In fact, nothing is worse than a bad breakfast. Every time you eat, you’re feeding your body so if you’re loading up on the bad stuff – you’ll feel sluggish, unproductive and probably eat unhealthily all day! So here’s a super quick, power packed breakfast recipe that’s sure to fuel and boost you up and we’ve paired it with an awesome workout and playlist!

Bullet Proof Coffee Truffles

Meet the MUFAs


  • 50 g raw cashews
  • 50g raw peanuts
  • 50g raw almonds
  • 6-8 pitted dates (depending on your preferences for sweet
  • 20g instant espresso coffee
  • 1/4 cup raw cocoa
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil


Blitz everything together in a food processor until the dough just starts to form. Form the dough into bite size balls then roll them in your favorite coating: you could always use more cocoa or coco but we also like to add crunch with sesame and chia!
